Private school
The Bridge Sarasota / Suncoast is a non-traditional private school and we are registered with the Florida Department of Education. The Bridge Sarasota Private School gives homeschool families the advantage of private school enrollment while maintaining the curricular freedom inherent in homeschooling.
Academy classes
The Bridge Sarasota / Suncoast Academy Classes offer elementary (K-5th grade), middle school (6th-8th grade), and high school (9th-12th grade) courses. These classes are designed to supplement your home education program. We offer a variety of classes, and class offerings may change as the Lord leads. Most classes are year-long, two semester classes, although we do offer a few single semester classes. The Bridge Academy meets on Wednesdays for 34 weeks during the school year, September – May.
For 2024/25, we will be changing our classes day to Thursdays. The Academy is a co-op style program led by parent teachers and also inspiring instructors from our community.
support group
The purpose of The Bridge’s Support Group is to be a resource and an asset to homeschooling families. We desire to provide mutual encouragement, support, and guidance for homeschooling families on a continual basis.
